Revising the Text

Well, I met my deadline, banging away at a laptop in a San Francisco hotel room while I should have been out with my family. Now for revision. Maura, my editor, actually had very little to correct in the commentary. She did agree with me that the introduction needs a lot more work, so that's what I'm up to now. Update soon.
